How do I place an order?

Navigate to the Contact Us link on the header and send us an email. State your brand(s), model number(s) and quantity. We will then check with our warehouse if stock is available.

How do I make payment?

If you're international (out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), you can bank in to our Maybank Account. If you're local (within Kuala Lumpur), we accept cheques either delivered to our office or one of our sales representatives will collect it from you.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the quantity of your order, delivery time ranges from 1 - 5 weeks.

Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes you will. We primarily use GDEX as our courier service, you will be provided with a GDEX tracking code.

Do you have credit?

Yes we offer credit payment, however this depends on the nature of your business, how long your company has been established etc.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we do. Our showroom is within our office which you can find the address under the Contact Us page.

How do my customers claim warranty?

All our products come with warranties. Depending on the brand and its policy, the duration of the warranty varies. To claim a warranty for your customer, simply fill in the service chit (which will be given upon request) and return it to us. We will then verify if its eligible for a warranty, and post it back to you. See here for more details.
